Return and Refund Policy for Travel Express BD

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your booking, subject to the terms outlined below:

  • Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to our email at service@travelexpressbd.com
  • Cancellation Charges: The cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation:
    • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the travel date: Full refund minus administrative fees.
    • Cancellations made between 2 to 3 days before the travel date: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
    • Cancellations made less than 1 day before the travel date: No refund.

2. Refund Policy

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible. Refunds will be issued according to the original payment method used during booking. The refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support with your booking details.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable once booked:

  • Last-minute bookings
  • Promotional offers and discounts
  • Partial or no-show services

4. Changes to Booking
